The Help Portal Link (or "Learn More Link") opens a related documentation page in a new browser window, so the user's workflow isn't broken.

Linking to Help Portal Articles

The component requires an Article ID which provides the link to the Help Portal article. The component opens the edition-specific article (Standard or Engagement Cloud) automatically — you don't need to provide the edition.
